I-485 approved!
The approval came one day after I-130 status was “actively reviewed”. I-485 and I-765 were “actively reviewed” since Nov 17, 2023, which was the day of my biometrics.
The EAD was standalone. I never got AP. I was on TN1 before adjusting status. I sent medical with initial application. No RFEs or interview.
I hope everyone else’s applications will move more quickly with the additional funds from the new fee hikes!!
