filed Sept 2020 biometrics Jan 20, postponed due to inauguration biometrics done Feb 8, 2021 rfe re medical mar 15, 2021,notice stated to not mail it in interview notice April 16, 2021 interview June 3rd, 2021 status updated same evening to new card being process USPS picked it up out June 9 attempted deliver June 10th finally got it June 15th I also had filed for EAD the same time but there was no action with the i765, but it all worked out in the end

we were interviewed separately, asked me my spouse parents names, kids names, how we met, when we got married, what we did the Sunday ( week of the interview) what we did for valentine's day, how did we get to the office,who drove, where she worked, just to name a few

my Brother, don’t do anything please hang on there brother. the only reason for delayed is for the to see you or your spouse say you want to withdraw your case and that will put you in another longer process. if you want to do anything maybe you should consult an attorney for advice or you take them to court if you have good case. my humble advice but trust me you are almost there just keep your marriage together.

have you contacted the congressman in your state yet? if not make sure you do that and make a lot of infoPass, do two or more expedite so you will have all of those evidence to present in court. Please no matter what do leave your wife for any reasons you have come this far you will soon get your 10 years GC in Jesus name amen
