Non-concurrent filing. I-140 approved in July 2021. I-485 submitted in September 2021.
Case was at NBC. A-file moved to Kansas City field office sometime between 18 January and 25 January 2021, but case was still owned by NBC. My field office based on zip code should have been San Jose, CA buy I don't think the case ever went there

I raised a service request when I did not receive a response 60 days after submitting RFE. I got a response to that, saying my case had been transferred to Kansas City field office

hi and congrats btw! did you send your medical to lee’s summit? and, when you raised a service request how long after they got back to you? i am eb3 and did my biometrics nov 4th and immediately a day after i got rfe notice for medical which i sent to overland park, ks address which they received nov 29 accdg to usps but i never really had the rfe received status. on jan 13, luckily enough, a service request i tried placing went through but haven’t received any response for that up to this day. it’s been more than 60 days and they still have no decision on my i-485 at least even a rfe received status change. i know some people have been waiting much longer than i am but it can be a little frustrating i guess.

@dan cnnn. Yes, I sent my medicals to NBC, Lee's Summit. I got a response to my service request exactly a week after I raised it. In my case, my status did reflect to show that my response to RFE had been received. I hope you'll get some good news soon
