I-485 Application
I am about to file I-485 with I-765 and 131. My PD is current. I have work authorization and my spouse does not. My spouse is on an H4 visa.
What is the best approach so that my spouse can get work authorization on time? File all the forms together or separately?
Is there a premium processing for the I-765 employment-based application?

Since you have an approved I140, you could file H4 EAD for your spouse in addition to filing the I485, to give you more options

hey guys I have an I140 approved but my work authorization is going to expire on may and I’m not current. can I apply to renew my work authorization?

@Hope U. I submitted all those forms for all of my family members. My wife got a work permit within 2 months
