my 485 was moved there for faster processing but nothing after 5 months

I’m waiting for my I-485 same type since October 2019. biometric- November 2019 after that no news. i-131 I got approved in April 2020

my is Texas service center

my case was received since March, it says finger print fees was accepted, no biometrics or any form of movement so far

still waiting both cases i485 and i131 ( travel document ) received Nov 2020 fingerprints reused for i485 February 2021 fingerprints reused for i131 March 2021

yes but the i131 was transferred to Nebraska service center in April 2021. but my i485 is still at benefits center

I submitted in January and "my case is ready to be schedule for the interview" but it hasn't changed for four months now :(

yes same firt letters STC , all based on asylum are processing in Texas service center

not all Asylum based application are been processed at Texas service Centre

interview for green card?what service center? I know usually uscis waive interview for applicants based on granted asylum more than one year ago

No sir, some get sent from the lockbox to National Benefits Center, Nebraska Service center or Texas Service centre it all depends on where they want it processed. if your receipt has SRC then it goes to Texas. My case is at National Benefits Center and not Texas. please don’t mislead people

@here yes i know but now after 2020 some cases have been requested to appear for an interview for some reason , But usual 90% of grans asylum based interviews waived

I agree with you on that you are right. I hope we don’t get an interview.

@Ekay nabraska has cases based on refugee not grant of asylum , SRC cases must be submitted to Texas service Center , whatever they sent we are here looking for good positive posts and approval notices

my friend got his asylum based green card from Nesbraska and if you check the processing times on USCIS there’s the time frame for application processed at Nebraska based on asylum. SRC cases are sent to Texas.

@Alaa, Nebraska and Texas process both Refugee based and Asylum based GreenCard. get your facts right

@here my friend he submitted his case October/19 to Texas just like me based on grant of asylum, Then 3 months ago he got update that his case has transferred to National benifit center to speed up the process, So then he got an interview latter to apesr at local uscis office . ( tomorrow) I hope he get his final action, But me i’m still waityfor almost 20 months and my case still in texas

did he request to expedite his case? I’m in a same situation waiting since October 30 2019 Texas Service center…. tried to expedite but they denied it

14 months application was transferred from Nationa benefits to Nebraska and approved there. GreenCard based on Asylum

last week I talked to live agent via live chat uscis online I told the officer my case processing is going slow is been more then a year he told me that he goona called me back in 72 hour he got my number then after 2 days I got called from uscis I told him everything processing is going delay he asked me about my travel document i94 I already have then I told him i already selected in army they didn’t accept me bcoz I don’t have physically green card in my hand then he told me that he goona request the service center then he gona follow me back in week or 2 weeks then after I got mail on phone like service item number,referral I’d for this inquiry what that mean it’s really helped me out…anybody gone thru same processing please pray for me guys🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

@sam kd, finger crossed, please keep us posted. I had similar situation like first I had conversation with uscis officer and after that they they put me for tier 2 officer and I got call from this officer so he told me that I need to wait as currently they cannot do anything as my case still in processing period
