No! I recived my I-130 apporoval 10 days ago and I responded to RFE for I-485 a month ago!

you should definitely check with Imigration court to see if you have a pending case with them, that would explain why USCIS administratively close your i485 if they don’t have jurisdiction .

@Stephania Romano How can I check with Immigration court? While I tried to contact USCIS they woyld just repeat the same statement that the case is closed and a notice was sent

@tas smith No, I am not in Removal processing and I have not any other immigration benefit before. I married to a permenant resident we filled all our documents at the same time, I recived my I-131 and my I-30 approved a week ago! There is no way clue for me why I might get this update! what did your letter say when it arrived? What have you done for it?

@Mary E ok it might be because he's a green holder but when I file years ago my ex-husband was a green card holder and I overstayed that why I was in removal but your letter will explain everything

ah ! your time is not current probably since your spouse is not USC , and just so you know administratively closed is not close for good, close temporary, meaning whenever they use that word ‘administratively’ they can reopen the case, just be patient ! Your time will come !

But just make absolutely certainty that you do not have any motions in court open or pending that you’re not aware of! you can call yourself and give your A number and find out, hopefully not, but better be sure .

then you filed the wrong forms maybe you have to do the consular process

@Elsa Carvajal I asked my lawyer, she said everything uploded fine and clean! She also does not know why we recieved this notice! I really cant wait till I see the notice😭
