Has your Vawa been approved?
Some applicants get interview waived and some went in for interview and asked the Yes/No question and maybe marriage history and that’s it… Based on read experiences

I had my interview week ago and was just yes/no questions that was part of I-485 form. The officer just checked all my information if still the same , like address, place of employment, last time arrivel in US all questions that are listed on I-485 form. No question about vawa . Was super smooth!

they just approved my EAD on march 16th.. been waiting for 562 days , i received 2 PF letter for 1 year and the 2nd one for 6 month..its expired this coming june.@peace love

is ur abuser usc or gc. and do you any reason. y didn't they grant you work permit earlier. didn't u filed concurrently..thank you in advance.

Yes i did i filled all together i30, i485 & i765..i did have work permit but it expired.@peace love
