@Houda Maaliki hello yes in my case they asked for my medical exam and my birth certificate as RFE, I heard since nov 2d of this year you have to submit your medical exam together with the application otherwise you won’t be accepted.

I submitted all the paperwork necessary for AOS together in one envelope

@Kat ;) yeah they sent me the rfe yesterday. since i did the medical exam overseas, the only thing missing is the vaccines because i didn’t get vaccinated in my country thats why they need vaccinations. did you get your green card already? because i heard that form I-693 is usually the last step and then they send you the decision and usually it doesn’t take so long

@Houda Maaliki in that case I don’t know, i when to the civil surgeon they did everything for me, hopefully I can get good news I don’t have green card yet I’m just waiting for answers, the best for you!

@Kat ;) did the civil surgeon had the form I-693 or did you provide it for him? also was it a fast process with the doctor? and how much did they charge you?

@Houda Maaliki the civil surgeon has everything you only have to bring you vaccines record, they check everything and tell you what you need, they prescribed what is missing, is your case with a lawyer? I’ve been waiting since Sep 2024
