my i130 just changed to being reviewed and my spouse (petitioner) found the 130 approval under his uscis account

if you file concurrently does the 130 being approved mean the 485 will be too?

that’s my hope because I filed concurrently. my 485 has not changed, still actively reviewed.

@May Gutti @c f We found I-130 approval notice under Documents tab and our I-485 was approved the next day (also documents tab). However, seems like there is no rule at all when it comes to that. My I-130 went under only one active review and that’s when it got approved. Good luck to both! 😊
