what was the NOID for and was it i130 or i485 that received the NOID?

@Tim Tim my status show " returned to nvc " after interview got 221g and missing divorced certificate and submit .3months my status show " refused" but last friday change to " returned to nvc" and received email to my case go back to uscis for review 😭u have same experience ?

@safi ullah khan No, I didn’t have the same experience because my I-130 and I-485 were filed concurrently while I’m in the U.S., so my case stayed with USCIS and never went to NVC. I hope your review goes smoothly, don’t lose hope, things will move forward for you!

how much time take to receive approval after summit NOID?

@ response received Dec 3rd, received l-130 approval on Dec 11th and l-485 was approved on Dec 12th

@Tim Tim , I just received a NOID after an interview am so worried, am waiting for the physical letter arriving in the next few days. can you tell me your experience and share your thoughts, and also do they state what they want specifically in that letter? also what kind of explanations? am nervous

@Sheero Laura I completely understand how stressful and frustrating it feels to receive a NOID. I’ve been there myself. But try not to panic. USCIS will clearly explain in the letter exactly what they want from you and what areas they need more clarification on.

received a noid on i-130 and deadline is april 1,2026. they asked to prove me and my sister relationship with me because me and my siter own a house together she is the primary owner and i am the secondary. house was bought in 2023 and me and my wife got married in 2025. that’s why we dont have joint lease or bills under out name. sending them as many proof possible with friends and family affidavits. also my sister explaining the houe hold situation and how we all live together as a joint family please any advice let me knw

yes we are. hopefully after submitting my sisters birth certificate, affidavit from Friends and family they approve my case

not yet. my due date to respond to nood is april 1. hopefully the documents i submit get me approved

yess my mom wrote a affidavit and also my wife’s mom. submitting everything by next week monday. hopefully everything goes well
