I-485 -Act (INA) question
my sister is filing out the I-485. she is under F1 and married to a US citizen. she has never been out of status
what should she answer to the question: Are you applying for adjustment based on the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) section 243(I). Yes or No?
Do I fill out the I-485 supplement form whether it is Yes or No?
