it all depends some people get it in 1 month and some ones get it in 3 months. I got mine in 4 months

I got my first PF 3 months after applied valid for one year , second pf was issued one week before first one expire and 3 one was same as second one , but Prima Facie didn’t help me for any benefit in my state . but I heard could be a good sign . please don’t stress fot not having that in your case , I saw some people got their approval without any PF . waiting time in vawa case in endless, now I am waiting for two years .

I’m in the same boat as you. filed in july 2021 received rfe, biometrics and still waiting.
