I-360 pending since sept 2020
I have done the finger print and it does not show on updates, I received my 4th Prima Facie and this time came with 180 days of expiration instead 1 year like before, does it means something? also my lawyer only applied for the I-360 saying I don’t have the rights for W.P or SSN until the 360 be approved, after more than 3 years on this case I’m starting loosing faith, does anyone know how long does it take after 360 approval to receive the actual G.C or W.P? also is there anyone with similar situation that can give me some light on this?

6 to 37 months to get I-360 approve...
after your I-360 approve you will get you work authorization.
about Green card you will wait until your visa is available. still a long way to have green card but working permit just after your I 360 is approved you ll get it.

so you think can take up to an extra 2 years until the Green card? I would love to visit my parents after 9 long years away

why you have to wait for decision about I-360 to get EAD and AP? why you didn't file for it so you can work and travel while you're waiting for decision about I-360?

most people file for SSN, EAD and AP so you can work while your case is pending

you can apply for SSN and Work Authorization with 485 pending. you can call 10 random lawyers and ask them straight the question

@God First is your spouse for VAWA a Green Card holder or a citizen? if he/she is a PR, then you have to wait till I-360 is approved before you can file for I-485 which qualifies you for I-765 and I-131.

I do remember that before you got your approval of 360 , you got a RFE , if you don’t mind, may I know what was RFE for ?
I am waiting since 12/21/2020 and not getting my approval yet , so far didn’t have any RFE , only 5 prima facia , last one is going expire in this February, however: uscis didn’t send me any new one . I am really worried anout my case 37 months fully passed till nothing, so many people who applied on December 2020 got their approval.😣😣😣😞😞

@hope gope Hi there! my rfe were Good faith marriage and proof of same residence. i’ve sent them everything that i have asap. you’ll be next just keep praying to our Lord 🙏

@Jesus is King did you get approved of the C09 EAD and the AP? let me ask , did you apply for these before I-360 approval or after? cos that’s the rule, same everywhere. thanks

uscis usually sent me a new prime Facie before old one gets expired, they didn’t send me any new one after last one , what do you think is this normal and a good sign to get my approval soon. I am really mentally and physically exhausted .

I’m waiting for 40 months, I was married with a citizen, I answered 1 RFE, I had done the finger print, I received around 5 PF so far and that was that

Don’t lose hope. sometime we are delayed because of the time we take to respond to RFE. While you think you are at 40 months, you may be at 37 months in their system if you take 3 months to respond to RFE. Keep praying
