I 360 Approved
Good morning,
My I-360 was approved 4 days ago.
It said my card is mailed.
I asked my lawyer if I'll get Employment Authorization Card, she said since we didn't apply for I-485 we will not get EAC now.
From your experience is that true? Or I'll get Work permit now?

@Dundo Maroza she should have checked the box to have an EAD mailed to you once your i-360 gets approved. if she did then you’ll get it in the mail if not you have to apply for i-765.

@blessed & favored I believe the box was checked and that’s why the status says card mailed. if it wasn’t checked, the status will just be “case approved”
