I-297 k3 processing time
please I’m interested to know how long it took you guys to be approved for the 129f spousal k3 visa? also, if you was denied, what’s the reasoning? what is the likeliness of an approval? I filed and it was received 2 months ago. it still shows case received June 6th. I’m the petitioner and living abroad with my husband for 2 years just trying to get back home with him. 😩I appreciate any and all feedback regarding to this type of visa. thanks
