I-290B Question.
I’m new here. My I-140 NIW was denied in June, 2023 after responding to RFE. I sent I-290B motion to reopen/reconsider in July, 2023. How long do I wait before I can send an inquiry? I have seen different information online saying 90days but want to be sure.
I have tried to speak to a live agent but it doesn’t get past Emma or their AI. Thanks
I have my combo cards (EAD & I-131)

typically they adjusticated on first come first serve basis. You can check online for processing time for your category as well. I believe for 290bBs that were submitted in 2023 the approximate timeline is about 6 months. Information above is valid for appeals, not for motions to reconsider.

I had the same situation. Got the response: Appeal/motion was dismissed after 6months of application

When I filed I290B last year, I got an approval after 3 months.

90 days would be correct for motion to reopen/reconsider and 180 days for appeals.
