I-290B Motion To Appeal or Reopen
Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Sent.
Does anyone in here know how long it takes for AAO Approve or Denies the case? What's the average time frame for USCIS to respond to "I-290B Motion To Appeal or Reopen" ??? O couldn't find Processing times for I290B.
Also as far as I understand, once I-290B is Approved it means USCIS will reopen the case and make a second decision right? I290B Approval doesn't mean that your Green Card case got approved right? #i290B #motiontoreopen

I filed AOS BACK IN 2021 October. got denied a month ago. December 2022. National Benefits Center.

Pending Asylum to EB3 case? 2) What was the base of i290B and why USCIS denied your I290B did you reveive explaination? 3) Finally what’s are you planning to do now? What’s your next move? I am in a similar situation with I485 denied in Jan 2023 due to a missing response to RFE, which we did submit and mail in time... We filed I290B in Feb 2023 and just got the notice of approval for 290B yesterday. Anyone knowing how long it takes usually for I485 to process after reopening?

I submitted my i-290b and it took 2 years for my i-485 case to be reopened.
