I-140 Timeline Regular Processing
Hi All,
I wanted to check whether USCIS is currently reviewing I 140 applications under regular processing. Has your I 140 been approved recently, or do you know someone who received an approval in the past few months? Any shared timelines or experiences would really help us get a better sense of current processing activity.

we are waiting since February, 2024. My friend received an RFE this month but ours is still under process.

Two of my friends were recently approved... one on December 26, 2025 and the other on January 2, 2025. They both applied in August 2025 for EB1-A under normal processing.
If you're experiencing unnecessary delay, you can always file for premium processing and your case will be acted on within 30 days.

@Sajib Kabir my friend also applied on the same day 1st February, 2024, became current last month and got an RFE just after 2 days of being current.

@Mrs. Ammad your friend's PD is Feb 1st, 2024 and they got RFE now? That's worrisome.

@M A we both applied in the same day 1st February, 2024. Ours is still under review and she got an RFE this November, 2025. It’s normal processing may be that is the reason.
