I-140 RFE
I got RFE on November 9, 2021 and my lawyers haven't responded yet. What is the usual response due date to I-140? Does the 60 day extension work? Thanks.

that's what i feel too but they didn't discuss the rfe details with me so i don't have an idea of when the deadline is

I think it's usually 90 days from the day you received it.

don’t wait to long, the RFE specifically tells you your deadline in my case was 84 days, the sooner you respond the better.

I received an RFE and was given 90days to respond. I made my lawyer respond within 3-4 weeks

wow I would get new layers. we got 2 RFEs so far. first one we responded after 30 days, second one after like 10 days
