Concurrently filed with 485 under regular processing, got my combo card February 2024.
Filed premium processing on April 2025 and received notification that USCIS received my premium processing but still no changes up to date and I-140 status showing as “received” ever since. Is this normal? Any thoughts or ideas how long this will take more? any suggestions what to do? Thanks!!
edit: received approval. how long does AOS usually take from 140 approval? concurrently filed with 140 and current priority date.

Yes, I just received the 140 approval today. tomorrow should have been the 45th day of premium processing.

I also filed my EB1C (ROW, regular processing, Nebraska) around early November 2023. My I-140 was approved in September 2024. Since then, there has been no update on my I-485 after the biometrics. Combo card was issued on Feb 2024 though.
I submitted an inquiry through a senator’s office last month, and the response was that the case has not even been assigned to an adjudicator yet. I was also told to simply wait, even though they are aware that many LIN cases are well beyond normal processing times.
Just sharing this in case it is helpful.
