after long 3 years from gathering all documentation to receiving a denial on my first application. Finally got my i140 approved 🤩 Persistence was key on this process. it is definitely not easy but as my mother always said “where there’s a will, there’s a way!”

for every criteria you have to be very specific. USCIS likes to see minimum details on the why you should be approved. I’ve have also obtained letters from people that had relevance in local communities. like mayors and military personnel. Networking is key 🔑
