seems like USCIS uses all business days I.~45 days for premium processing for decision.

@bounce back for me I submitted I-140 EB1A they asked for more reference letters to demonstrate how significant my work is to the field. so, I submitted 4 more letters from independent experts.

Same situation as mine, RFE response submitted early Sep/25 under premium processing, still shows as processing… keep waiting

@Robson Lap did you get a response on your application? If your RFE response was submitted in Sep25 under premium, aren't you wayy beyond the 45 BD timeline.
