I-140 Approved but USCIS tool shows no update
here is my time line
01/14/21 case was received ( attorney sent the wrong version of the form and uscis sent the preimum processing fee( more drama and delay)
02/08/21 recipt of notice was mailed
02/10/21 RFe was issued (ability to pay)
The mail was lost and had to request for another one USCIS would not fax nor email actual RFE
03/10/21 RFE copy was mailed
03/30/21 we submitted 450 pages of audited financial, tax return profit and loss, a brief explaining the obvious and a notarized letter from company ceo
04/01/21 approval notice emailed to attorney
04/07/21 I-140 approval stating it has been sent to nvc( consular processing)

2-6 weeks. you will get welcome letters from nvc

after that you neede. to pay for ds 260. then fill the forms then mail your civil documents then your documents will be approved the wating intview whch the longest part. however please start from now in you civil document and translation if required

any tips on mailing vs scanning it to them? and how long untill DQ?

any update Ahmed? on another note, how does NVC send me a welcome letter via email? do they have our email adress?

yes they will send it by email. becuse your email in your form

also you can call them once they receive you file and update your email

for documents. depend on you visa type. and it is nvc choice ether they will ask you to mail it or email it or upload. normaly eb. visa. is miling. family base is upload. dv. is email

you need to work on collecting you civil documents from now and to translate if it not in English
