I was approved on June 16th and I am also waiting for my welcome letter. I emailed NVCResearch@state.gov to find out what's going on, they told me to wait at least 60 days from approval. They are very backlogged.

Hi Hilaire, my I-140 petition was approved on the 26-Apr-22 and my file has just been sent to the NVC according to the notification sent by the USCIS. I think NVC will send the welcome letter to me within a week, so in total It will be 115 approximately since the approval. I have contacted NVC a month a go and they noted the processes take more than declared schedules. Good luck.

@Ahmed Dalim have you received the notification from USCIS that your case has been forwarded to NVC? I had to send an inquiry to NVC and got a response that they have not received my files yet
