I-140 approved / tourist visa
I got my I-140 approved on July 2023 and I’m already DQ. However, due to the visa bulletin delay I’m not able to get an interview yet.
I need to go to the US for a week for an event I’m organizing, so I’m applying for a tourist visa (B1/B2). Has anyone gone through this? I’m worried it won’t get approved.

chances are high you won't be approved because you have already showed intent to immigrate which is against the NIV conditions
