I 140 almost 420 days still pending
Hi everyone ,
my I 140 still waiting , is it normal 420 days no answer ? Because I am thinking to do premium process but my lawyer he wanted me to wait .
I am feeling exhausted if it was I 485 form yes I could understand and I could wait .
Is it not crazy this processing time for I -140 ? or only am I making problem , I feel like something wrong with this processing time is a lot time and make you more stressful and exhausted .

No worries! It’s been processing for so long since the restrogression. Mine is on the same page, still waiting and pending.

don’t worry, just relax. it’s too early for you, your PD may have to wait until 2026 !

mine was approve in 14 months back in 2022. i think its normal
