I-131 timeline after biometrics? EAD was approved in a day.
Hi all, my spouse (US citizen) and I concurrently filed I-765, I-131, I-485, and I-130 for me the first week of May. We got the receipt notices May 1, account setup on May 9, biometrics scheduled on May 10, and biometrics completed on May 30. I got the standalone EAD approval on June 1 (one day after the biometrics), but I-131 hasn't moved yet. It seems like I wasn't approved for the combo card, since the EAD approval says "I-765 C09 Standalone Approval."
Anyone in a similar situation who can comment on how long to expect for the I-131? For context I am currently in the US on a STEM OPT through my F-1 visa married to a US citizen. It says "Estimated time until your case decision: 2 Months," but clearly these timelines are arbitrary considering how fast the EAD approval happened, which originally said 7-10 months, but now it looks like the card will be produced fairly soon. All my cases are with NBC.

I got my EAD approved June 2nd 2023. my AP was approved May 6, 2024. it was almost exactly 11 months later. there’s no specific timeline for these but there was a wave of 131s approved at 11.5 months from PD date when I got approved. if you need it find a reason and try to expedite. @Dev Gandhi

I didn’t get a combo card either and filed all the same forms concurrently. Took 3 months after biometrics to get work authorization but maybe 5 to get my parole paperwork.

@undefined null it’s okay for people to ask, this is what the community is for. Don’t tell people chill, it’s perfectly okay to ask questions if you’re concern.
