I-130 waiting game
Hello friends,
those of you waiting on your approval for I-130 (beneficiary abroad) it seems that filing the K-3 helps speed things up. You might want to give that a shot. I've read about cases that have their I-130 approved one month after filing the K-3 non immigrant visa for the spouse of a US Citizen. I wish I knew this when I was waiting over a year to have my I-130 approved. Good luck everyone. Godspeed
