congratulations for every one who had good news for their cases, I am from 2020 my case is (l-130) I can't understand what's wrong with it, all I understand that I will never lose hope because I am going to live with my citizen US husband and this is the normal thing , I have never seen wife and husband lives in different countries like me and my husband ,my case take so long ,so hopefully I am the next.
just I have a question , what is the meaning of (referral number) the number start with just two letters and end with three letters,I tried to search in every where like yotube and the USISC website , I ask Emma ,and I could not understand what does it mean?I found NO INFORMATION a bout such a number!

What is reference number for USCIS?
This receipt number is a unique 13-character identifier that USCIS provides for each application or petition it receives, and it's used to identify and track its cases. The receipt number consists of three letters followed by 10 numbers. For example, the letters can be EAC, WAC, LIN, SRC, NBC, MSC or IOE.

did you make an inquiry? if so then that's what it is, it's like the number for your case that you opened for inquiry it has 11 numbers in the middle right? @H A
when my cousin made an inquiry she got a referral number starts with two letters then 11 numbers then end with three letter.

I think it's maybe to track your inquiry if you ever call in relates to it(this reason is just my own, I'm not sure if that's the actually reason). @H A

they give you that number for inquiry, maybe you or your husband asked for something.
