says National benefit center on the down of both receipts 130 and 485 say NBC but I have done my interview since 2019 shouldn’t the file be with the field office?

case received for 130 and interview to be scheduled for 485 even tho we have done the interview

Your I-130 is being adjudicated with your I-485 application. So, technically you don’t have a list of processing times for the I-130 form. You will go by the processing times at your field office for the form I-485 by looking at you family based adjustment option. Thus, the I-130 is not processing at a Service Center.

plus I don’t see national benefits center on the drop down for service centers

ohhh okay thank you. so that means we can’t put in a SR for the I 130 then cos we have to indicate which service center before we can submit.....this is just frustrating

you should call and ask. Or if you got time and a online account, just inbox them. I inboxed them once back in November and they responded 3 weeks later to tell me what center I should choose when tracking my case

a lot of it isn’t accurate anyways. a lot of people online have been seeing its being processed at the Nebraska center then are told something else. MY I-130 states Nebraska. receipt was mailed from Texas. agent told me California. it’s a mess IMO

@ JB. what does your receipt number start with? If it starts with MSC, then the Benefit Center is Missouri.
