I-130 sent to DPH but no action on I-824
Has this happened to anyone else? I got a notification in my I-130 that it was sent to the Department of State, but on my I-824, it still says “received”.

@Oumou vawah @N DeR @Na geta It was NBC and I sent it on Dec 10, 2023 so it was really quick but my I-130 has been approved for a long tine

mine is at Vermont and have been 7 months for I824. 😔 nothing happened since just says received too.

@Na geta you can google the senator or house representative from the state the your petitioner resides and go to their website. They generally have a page for immigration help with an email and sometimes a privacy release. You should fill out the privacy release and send them an email explaining that you’ve been waiting for 7 months and would like their help. Hope that helps!

@yas f reach out a few days ago. they say processing time is normal. if nothing after March this year then I can contact them

@yas f my i130 send to department of state but my i 824 is still received . you still waiting for aproval i 824 form or you get welcome letter to nvc?
