I was wondering if you know why my I-130 is taking so long?? I check my account now says 2 months for the decision and my 485 change everyday, last week said 4 weeks and I checked today 4 monthsβ¦.

same, mine says 4 weeks and it's been 4 months I'm from 2020 so they said it bcos for covid they taking longer

@camila cubillos. That's some B.S excuse they giving people, we out here seeing people who applied 3-8 months ago getting approved from left to right, and we all paid the same application fee. No clue what they doing up in there or what they could possibly be investigating that cases are taking so long but something ain't right. I get to understand that if you're from a certain country, they will give you a hard time, like my country for example.

Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"
