Do they just go inactive after saying your case is actively being reviewed? Ours is saying that since January of this year

they should rename “active review” to “only active maybe for the first 30 minutes and then we put your case in a pile with the rest of them but we will let you know when we look at your case again when we tell you it’s ACTUALLY being actively reviewed for 30 minutes”

Very interesting. I wonder why don't they use AI to speed up the process a bit.
I'm sure there are cases where it's a no brainer.
