Nebraska claims to process between 3.5-7 months, and its already 7 months. Also lawfully said I can inquiry my cass by filing the form-' out of normal processing time'

I concur with Nina's last submission, uscis has the tendency of transferring cases to other centres with notice, @Gaurab you need to be certain your case is still in Nebraska in order to proceed with your enquiry with conviction.
