I hope so too! my wife is stressing out too because intent to denay sounds very serious and our marriage is very real! we have nothing to hide. we in fact have 220 people coming to our wedding this august we got legally married 11 months ago but the wedding (party) is this august. we attached the wedding cost and save the date and wedding website as evidence as well!

you’re going to be fine! it means you didn’t provide enough evidence up front. you have a legitimate marriage you will be fine! wish you a speedy approval!

if you have a legit marriage then you have nothing to worry about. give them what they asked for and don’t listen to your lawyer. always provide more evidence than asked.

I received an update today "your request for evidence has been received" any idea how long would it take to make a decision for NOID?

will do! they responded in 04/10 that my response has been received but no updates since then. what was the reason for your NOID?

@Kobe Az they said submitted evidence wasnt enough to prove a bonafide marriage. we sent jointly taxes, pictures (wedding, travels, events) car insurance, phone bill, bank statements. that’s what we had at the time it was submitted. now we’re putting everything together to answer to the request. it’s just confusing bcus at this point you don’t know what’s right for them. 🥲 I’ve heard that they answer quickly after it’s received. hopefully you get an answer soon !!!

I think they try to give people a chance to submit all evidence they have so they can save time by avoiding an interview. I was waiting for an interview but most people have been receiving descions online without interviewing.

yes I think so too. plus it’s been more than a year after we sent it so I’m assuming they want to see updated docs and pictures. we’re gonna be ok 🙏🏽👏🏽 keep me in the loop!!!

hi Maria, no:(! it's been silence since they provided an update that they received my evidence which was April 10th! I am so stressed which is stupid because my marriage is 100% real. is that normal waiting time? I calles to check on my case. they said 60 days after receiving my response is the deadline for them to respond. so biacally they have until June 10th!

i think it’s a normal and they usually give a 3 months lead time. stay positive!!!

mine is in mount laurel nj.tons of pictures, tax transcripts 21-22-23, bank statements, affidavits from friends, lease from the house, phone bill, car insurance. the same things as you more or less. yea they updated to received on the website but nothing else. it’s been 20 days so I still have to wait. I hope the expedited helps you
