I-130 married to an LPR
My wife (LPR) filled out for me in September 2022, we already have more than 9 months waiting for approval. Processing time went from 4 months to “Your case is taking longer than expected” weeks ago. Has anyone (requested by an LPR) received any news?

I filed for my husband in September 2022 and we have the same situation. As others mentioned above, the processing times are inaccurate. An officer confirmed this as well when I called USCIS a few weeks ago. Other than that, we have not heard anything on our case. We had an RFE we responded to but no answer. It has been over a year and my husband doesn’t even have his EAD. Hopefully you receive an answer soon!
