I-130 just approved under document tabs!
Hello everyone!
My husbands I-130 was approved under document tabs today! This was one day after the recipt from RFE Response, where we submitted evidence for bonafide marriage. How long does it take to hear back with I-485?

thanks so much!
in terms of how long it took to be approved, we sent it out the RFE on Feb 6, it was delivered to FO the next day. However, we didnât get our receipt until the evening of Feb 18th. Then today, we got a notification that it has been âactively reviewedâ. So when I checked the documents tab, it was under there!

@yen holg the evidence we sent was recent bills like Water&Power, Gas since August. Also, I made a document of pictures that was annotated of each month and sent that in. We also sent any verification of joint health insurance, car insurance, car titles, car registration, updated driver license, my updated SS card, and etc. We sent a bunch of docs

I didnât get notification that they started actively reviewing until today, but we got approved today! hope this helps
