I-130 form
So I filed the I-130 form for my parents whom are currently here in the U.S on a 6 months visiting visa. How long will it take to get approved? Do they need to returned home after 6 months even when they dont get an approval for their I-130? Need help. thanks

I really don't know... you should've started adjusting their status in the home country. Once you start an application here, you can't go back again until successfully completed.

you should file a I485 also to adjust status.
