you need not fill any form . it will go to nvc . in which u will receive log in id and password for nvc account. after this u need to fill the forms and upload documents

@S n when was your i130 approved? Recently, it seems like it is taking 3-4 weeks to get a welcome letter. We got approval yesterday, so I don't think it will be till next week.

@S n thanks. Another question is PCC in is valid for three months after my spouse receives it. I have read somewhere that irrespective of whatever the validity is on the certificate, NVC will consider it valid for a year? Does anyone else have an idea?

PCC is valid for two years

heya! so I’m actually going through this now so I can answer you 100%. so after the I-130 is approved you need to apply for an I-485 which is the actual green card and the only way your partner would be allowed to stay in the USA. unless your partner has been in the USA since you filed and you would’ve had to of concurrently filed the I-130 and I-485. I-130s don’t get sent to NVC as the I-130 is simply just to say your spouse is eligible to apply for a green card. I hope this helps ☺️
