what was the RFE ABOUT?
Josh RApr 14, 2022
RFE was more evidence that our marriage was bona fide so stuff like joint bank statements, any lease statement and stuff like that
Alex ZaneApr 14, 2022
hey did you have an interview ? if you did, how did it go? I have mine soon in the Dallas field office
K DApr 14, 2022
@josh R can you tell how many evidence you send for RFE i’m in same boat
Josh RApr 17, 2022
@Alex i haven't had an interview yet. the i130 was approved and the next step is for the nvc to process everything. until then they will set up the interview
Josh RApr 17, 2022
@H S I think sent around 6 documents but just focus on sending the most important documents that they need to prove your marriage is legitimate. but sending more doesn't hurt either. the more the better. just don't send anything they will find invaluable
