@Nahi Nahi I have similar case like you . I contacted with uscis and they said I have to wait at least 30 days to get response from office for update.

check in uscis to see if the office where they’re processing your case is all ready pass the outside processing time, if yes call uscis and tell them that your case is outside of processing time and they need to file something I don’t remember the name and that should help, also submit the naturalization certificate to the account, it happen to my case and after we did that a month latter we got accepted, best of luck.

@Nahi Nahi hi, we were also Aug 22, f2a to ir1, upgraded after 28 days.

@Nahi Nahi best of luck! We got approval the same day as we were upgraded. My husband also called uscis and told them that he became usc.

Upgraded since February of 2024 nothing from them. I don't know what is happening. i see people here saying thier cases were upgraded after a week, a month.

@Choya Rashid really so they send ur case to NVC or they change to IR-1/CR-1
