I-130 Expedite Request
has anyone had any luck with expedite request? have been pending a response since October. Have gotten my case elevated to speak with a tier 2 officer but it’s about to be 10 days and no response.

@Nicole R @Logen Arms Yes I have had approvals of many cases of expedited requested to congressman I am an immigration advisor and I know how the whole process is the last case that requests expedited It was approved in 1 month and 8 days Remember that the urgency must be justified very well with letters and evidence.
