I-130 delayed: Both Visa Bulletin charts are current for my priority date, but still no approval after 6 years
Hi everyone, I filed my I-130 petition 6 years ago. According to the Visa Bulletin, my priority date is already covered by both charts (Dates for Filing and Final Action Dates), but my petition still hasn't been approved by USCIS. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows why this might be happening? Any advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated!
