I call and they always tell me the same that my case is in the normal processing times. I file for K3 or I129f at Vermont too and is outside processing times. I fill the form for tell them that is outside processing times and their answer was that my case is under security checks and they can not tell me how long is going to take and they can approve or denied until those checks end

keep positive sometimes they have to verify additional things but as long as you submitted all the requisites I pray your application will be processed soon.

send more references mama and send more photos of baby you and dad via video cam upload all that stuff.

also send the references notarized and even if you upload them send them through FedEx certified and send the photos also through FedEx. also send them a letter written by you and tell them about your feelings. they are human just like us, I pray they will approve it.

how long did it took them to approve your I-130 after you submitted k3?

I see a lot of people getting approved before 3 months of filling the K3. they close the K3 and approve the i130. but this is not my case because I file for K3 9 months and one week ago and my i130 10 months ago and nothing happen yet

K3 I file 15 days after I file i130. in order to file K3 you need the i130 receipt
