no next step. unfortunately you have to wait for your priority to become current. Based on timeline if your priority date is Dec 22 then it will be several years (Aprox 15-20) before anything happens to your case.

@Akshay Tailor jus wait for your PD to become current which is a wait of many years, my PD is F4 June 2014 & we r still waiting for approval ... in my opinion if you have kids it's always good to have long wait time to benefit from ageing out rule....

NVC will email you Welcome Letter hopefully in a few Days and May allow you to pay the Fees (depending if/when F4 Visa is available).

If you are from India and your brother is applying for you, you have to wait for the visa bulletin to cover your priority date so that you can have a visa available, today They are working with January 2006 and I see that your priority date is December 2022. You still have to wait quite a while for a visa to be available and for them to give you an appointment at the American embassy in your country.
