I-130 and EAD has been approved but greencard is still pending…
My I-130 has been approved on 04/18/23 and my EAD has been approved today 04/24/23. When my I-130 has been approved I got an RFE for my GC application and sent that right away on 04/19/23. I thought I’d get GC right away but looks like I’m getting the EAD first which means I will have to wait for GC for a bit right?
also another question, I cannot find the i-130 approval notice in my documents tab and it has not arrived yet, but the case is approved and closed on my end, what’s going on?

My Grend card send I-485, I-130, I-131, I-765 today is completely 340 days noting 😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥

be happy my i-130 was approved since 75 days (after 500 days ) . and I’m still waiting for my i-765 and i-485 . you got your EAD just after 132 days bee happy . me 575 days no GC no EAD

@A Z it was for medicals, I sent them to my FO in Newark. just got a notification that they received it today after 3 days

Hi @jack jack , we filed concurrently in Aug 2022. Got medical RFE for I-485 on Feb 2023. promptly responded. EAD and travel card received on hand in May 2023. Now suddenly yesterday we got a new RFE on I-130 which doesn’t even show up on the portal. Do you have any advice?
