@S Long did you receive an EAD?

the biometrics is where they take a photo and your fingerprints. I received my EAD Feb 14th. Both my I-765 and I-485 said actively reviewed the day of biometrics Jan 31st but in documents the I-765 showed that it was approved and the I-485 is still on being reviewed and now today the I-130 changed to being reviewed also. I am just wondering how long the next step might be.

How are you all seeing actively reviewed? I got an approval for EAD and never saw this status

do you check your case online? also maybe you just didn't get one. Did you only know you were approved when you got a mail?

@S Long when did you submitted your forms? I’m asking because I’d like to have an idea on how long Ill have to wait for my EAD approval

Nov 30th. Then got EAD Feb, took 76 days but everyone is dif

@S Long right right because mine over a hundred days and I’m still waiting. I applied last July

@S Long did you check the documents tab on the petioner’s uscis account? I found my approval on my husband’s account when mine was just saying actively reviewed

@Ray Bless what did you file as? married to USC? I'm not sure why. That a longtime, I hope you get a response soon .

I haven't checked his as yet, I will when I get home

@S Long Thank you I hope so too. I filed 360, 485, 131 and 765 concerrently.

IYou can probably call and check on it, I'm not sure because I'm new to this but I'm happy that it seems to be going somewhere

everyone’s 485 goes into active review after biometrics. it doesn’t mean anything. it’s the second active review that means they’re looking at your case. be prepared to wait 6-18 months

Everyone that I have seen that filed around my time or a little before has gotten their approval already for some reason so probably not.
