hello, you can always create an online account, you just need the online access code. sometimes USCIS forgets to send it, I applied multiple times and finally we got one. if you don’t receive anything, try to contact a live agent through Emma, the one I talked to helped me and two days after I received the online access code. It took a couple months and many requests to get one. I suggest you to create one because it’s easier to see if they send any communications or update. I’m Nebraska service center and waiting too, my husband is USC and I’m Italian, our PD is May so we haven’t waited for a long time. stay strong, you are almost there and most likely be approved in the next couple months if not earlier.

Hi @simone G , my PD is April 7 2023, nothing much happening until now. My case also starts with IOE. Agree with @Aury V , you should really create an online account. You can see status changes (when then happen ;) ) and most importantly, upload unsolicited evidence quickly. When I got my i765, no status changes were visible but there was an approval notice online which is how I knew something had happened. I didn’t receive the physical mail until 3 weeks later I think, so it’s a game changer really.

My husband is USC and I’m South African. I got the access code and he didn’t, I’ve read here that sometimes his account will be updated before mine so I’ve been working on getting his code. Applied months ago, but nothing. I will follow @Aury V ‘s advice and keep on them.

PD 29 January 2023 and actively reviewing since same day 29/01 with IOE. We were also in Nebraska but talking with an agent he told us our case changed to California (we never got any notification). I am in Spain and my husband is in US. I am checking this app everyday 🥹 I hope all of us get an approval soon 🙏🏻

@Denise K @simone G only my husband has the account, the petitioner got the online access code not me. I’m doing consular process so I-130 stand-alone, I don’t know if that matters or not but I didn’t create my personal account, my husband did and the petition is on his account

Hello everyone I am petitioner for my husband and we are doing consuler processing too, Pd April 3, 2023 I been seeing most cases get approved around 11 months, reviewing in Nebraska

@simone G USCIS makes it possible for both the petitioner and the beneficiary to have online accounts. I believe we should both have been sent access codes at the start, however only I received them. I’ve read others where only the beneficiary received the codes so it’s difficult to say what the ideal process is. But since it’s possible for both to gain access, I don’t see why it would be an issue.

@Denise K I tried to send a request for an access code yesterday, service down only Monday to Friday, so I will try again today and my husband will call UCICS, maybe the code will be in the mail soon, the first request was a week ago My husband created the online account yesterday

I feel like the online account thing causes delays, I’m going to create one asap

I believe the access code gets sent to the email you provide when account is created
