this process is just ridiculous. I applied for my mom on sep 4th, 2023. My case was acting normal with the count down. Around Oct the status changed to "taking longer than expected". I am already at the 16 months mark and now my case when back to the time to process 6 months. I already call USCIS and they are just giving general answers even L2. we paid for this i pay my taxes and all the info on the website is just a mess. this should be illegal in all forms. this is literally lying to US citizens.

@K 🇺🇸 D 🇭🇳 this lady is the same ineptitude showed by anything about USCIS. when the cheif ask how many petitioners change their status and she couldn't not answer. same exact experience of us calling them for real answers.
