Hi lawfully fami I got an email this morning saying we have taken an action on your case, I login to the USCIS website and it was showing case is being actively reviewed, I called USCIS for inquiry and the lady told me my case is being transferred to Texas service center. I heard that cases in Texas service center does process cases faster. Does anyone know how long it will take to get a response from Texas service center?

my case is in Texas . 937 days horrible long waiting , no I130 , no 1485 , worse is not even a i131 for a normal person to travel for works and familes. But I see some others got quick approval in here . I guess I am the only unlucky one , wish yr case with be handled promptly.

omg your case has been 937 days, this sounds frustrating. I guess you should be expecting an approval any time soon. you should also contact your congressman to see into your case. I contacted mine last week. I wish you good luck.

been waiting 906 days Texas service center. I also contacted my congressman last week. hopefully that helps i130 approval

did you check the document tab in the USCIS website? usually they put the approval notice there first. go to the USCIS website and check you case then look in the document tab and maybe it’s there

yes! I checked both on lawfully and USCIS website it shows the same. Yesterday evening at around 6pm I got 3 emails from USCIS excluding the first one that I received in the morning saying we have taken an action on your case, I login immediately and it says as of 09/20/2024 your case is being reviewed by USCIS. I guess this is good news as I believe my case is about to be approve.
